Your privacy and the security of your personal information are our highest priority. Coaching Clarity is dedicated to protecting the privacy of those who visit one or more of our Websites ("Sites") and subscribe to our products and services ("Services") at all times. This Privacy Policy governs the Sites owned by us and operated in the United States and explains how we collect information on the Sites, what we do to protect such information, and your choices concerning the use of such information. We will not sell your personal information to outside parties. This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time and any changes will be posted on this web page. We ask that you refer back to this Privacy Policy so that you will know what our current policy is on the gathering and use of your personal information. The Policy will include the most recent date in which any revision has been made.

Please remember that this Privacy Policy applies only to information you provide to us on the Sites. Coaching Clarity is not responsible for the disclosure of your personal information that you may post in any public forum (e.g. message boards or chat rooms). Coaching Clarity stresses that members do not give out personal information in any public forum. Coaching Clarity is also not responsible for members revealing personal information for the purpose of meeting other members outside of the Coaching Clarity website, should this lead to personal injury.
